Plain English terms for working with One Job Websites (Billy Howard). By requesting a mockup or website, you agree to these.

The deal

• I design a free mockup of your website. You pay nothing to see it.
• If you go ahead, the price is a flat $1,500, paid once. No monthly fees, no lock-in contracts.
• You don't pay until you're happy with the finished site.

What you get

• Your website, built and handed over to you in full.
• Your domain registered in your name, so you own it outright. The domain renews yearly (about $20-30) and that cost is yours, not mine.
• Every login to your site and accounts.
• Small edits free for the first 6 months. Larger changes or rebuilds can be quoted separately.

Your part

• Give me accurate details and any content (photos, logo, text) you want used.
• You confirm you have the right to use any content you send me.
• Keeping your domain renewed each year is your responsibility once it's in your name.

Referrals

If you refer another tradie and they go ahead with a paid website, you receive $200 once their site is live and paid for. One payment per referred customer.

Hosting and uptime

Your site is hosted free on Cloudflare Pages. I do my best to keep it running smoothly but can't guarantee uninterrupted service from third-party providers.

Liability

Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. Beyond those rights, my liability is limited to redoing the work or refunding what you paid.
